In accordance with applicable UK Consumer Protection Laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order without providing any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within this period.

✔️ Refund Conditions

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

• The purchase receipt (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

• After your request, we will send you the return address of our warehouse in Portugal.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Since our logistics centre is located in portugal, these costs may be higher. In some cases, returning the item may not be economically viable.

💰 Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
